Plum and Abacus recently partnered with WithMe, a leading provider of communal amenities, to overhaul their pricing structure and unlock new growth opportunities. The project began with a deep dive into their sell-in rates and usage trends, allowing us to establish a clear baseline of customer behavior and identify key areas for improvement.
Leveraging our decade of pricing expertise and deep understanding of marketing psychology, we redefined their entire pricing stack. A key innovation was the introduction of strategic bundling concepts, encouraging customers to purchase multiple lines of business and increasing overall revenue per customer. At the same time, we carefully considered consumer migration patterns, focusing on equipment transitions and contract renewals to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Though this engagement is ongoing, early results have already demonstrated promising improvements in sell-in rates and reduced payback periods. This collaboration highlights Plum and Abacus’s ability to deliver tailored pricing strategies that drive measurable results while aligning with client goals.
